Terms of business

Payment for training must be made prior to, or on completion of the course unless otherwise agreed by On Site Training.

Cancellations within five working days of commencement of the course will require payment of the full amount, however, should cancellation be unavoidable and the training still be required it may be possible to arrange attendance at a later date. 

On Site Training reserves the right to cancel any course should circumstances arise which are beyond our control. In such cases, you will be notified and offered an alternative date, should one be available. If a satisfactory alternative cannot be arranged you will receive a full refund of fees already paid for the course.  On Site Training accept no liability for any consequential expenses due to cancellation.
